How it works
You open your personal link, read the document, agree to sign electronically, fill in your fields and adopt your signature (draw, type or upload). When everyone has signed, each person gets the signed PDF with a certificate of completion, sealed with a digital signature so any later change shows.
Every signature is recorded with the time (Montreal), the signer's identification, IP address and device, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the document, as required for a valid electronic signature under Quebec's Act to establish a legal framework for information technology (CQLR c C-1.1) and Canada's PIPEDA, Part 2.
